Assurance, Process Ownership and the Cynefin framework

This is an attempt to set out what 'process ownership' means in the different Cynefin domains.  The context is one of providing assurance
to others (e.g. regulators, clients) - getting beyond "trust me, it will all work on the day". The intent is to understand how a process owner (i.e. someone in charge of a process) can judge how well the process is being carried out.

For more about the Cynefin framework see
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cynefin
or http://www.cognitive-edge.com/

This  wiki addresses three domains, the simple, the  complicated and the complex.
